CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

When you cancel your Subscription, your access to the quizzes will end immediately, and you will receive a prorated refund for the days left in the monthly billing cycle.

To cancel your Subscription, please send an email to pollywick@comcast.net with the word "Cancel" in the subject line.

After sending your email, you will receive (within 24 hours of your request) a Cancellation Confirmation email from PayPal and/or from pollywick@comcast.net.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not receive a Cancellation Confirmation email, this means that your email was not received and your Subscription has not been cancelled. In this case, you will continue to be responsible for monthly charges.

In the event that you do not receive a Cancellation Confirmation email within 24 hours of sending your email request, please call our Customer Support Service phone number at (219) 508-9724 and leave a voice mail for us, stating that you wish to cancel your Subscription. Once you have done this, you should receive a call back (within 24 hours) confirming that your Subscription has been cancelled, and you will be sent a Cancellation Confirmation email as well.

In the extremely unlikely event that you have emailed us and called us, and you still have not received confirmation that your Subscription has been cancelled, you can call PayPal Customer Support at the number shown below and request that they cancel your Subscription for you. Since PayPal is our payment processor for ALL of our transactions, you can do this even if you paid for your Subscription with a credit card and if you do not have a PayPal account.
